Phase I – Retrieval of
Personal Possessions From First Group of Units
We have completed the
installation of the safety barrier at New World
Condo Apartments Condominium Association, Inc. (“New
World”) and have received authorization from the
Building Official to allow the first group of unit
owners to access their units. To ensure that
the process is done safely and efficiently, we have
prepared the following schedule for unit
owners/residents to retrieve their belongings:

A maximum of four people may
enter a unit at a time. Vehicles necessary to
retrieve large items (including trucks and u-hauls)
may be taken to the property. Parking
instructions will be available on the day of your
scheduled visit.

West driveway.
Please do not to remove
items such as furniture, appliances etc. unless
you are taking them off of the property. The
dumpsters are for garbage in plastic bags only.
Please do not place large items like furniture
and refrigerators in the dumpsters.
We have completed the
debris removal phase and have received
authorization from the Building Official to
allow a second group of unit owners to access
their units on the first floor of the building.
